Customization/ Processing
Please allow up to 3 weeks for each order to be customized. Items are handmade, and may take longer to customize during periods of high order volume. We will work as quickly as possible to get your new item(s) completed and shipped out as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Domestic Shipping
A flat rate shipping charge of $6.00 is added to orders under $35.00. Standard shipping inside the United States has an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Contact us for quicker shipping options.
International Shipping
We have recently added international shipping options! International orders will have a calculated shipping rate added during the check out process.
Returns
Returns and Exchanges
Since all our products are custom and made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damaged or incorrect items can be replaced if contacted within 7 days of delivery.
